The IRAYPLE AH7040CG001 is a high-performance, network-ready uncooled microbolometer infrared camera core module engineered for reliable integration into industrial automation and machine vision systems. It features a standard Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) interface providing 1 Gbps data bandwidth and supports cable runs up to 100 meters for flexible system installation.

The core module delivers high-quality thermal imaging with excellent thermal sensitivity and competitive Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD) for accurate temperature measurement. Key technical specifications include 256MB of onboard cache for reliable data handling during high-frame-rate bursts or image retransmission, and support for versatile trigger modes including software, hardware, and free-run operation.

The device incorporates a thermoelectric cooler (TEC) for detector temperature stabilization, ensuring consistent measurement accuracy.
