It provides a 330 mm scanning width with a resolution of 23424 × 3 pixels and an optical resolution of 1800 DPI, making it suitable for high-resolution inspection of wide materials.
1-Line mode captures image data using a single sensor line and supports a maximum line rate of 81 kHz. 2-TDI and 3-TDI modes integrate signals across multiple sensor lines to improve sensitivity, with a maximum line rate of 27 kHz.
No separate conventional lens or external illumination assembly is generally required. The CIS macro camera integrates the sensor, optical system, and light source into one compact unit, simplifying installation and system integration.
It uses a 2LC XoF fiber interface for image data transmission. Both the camera and integrated light source require separate 24 VDC power supplies, while camera I/O is provided through a 12-pin P10 connector.
It is suitable for wide-format surface inspection, including paper, film, textile, metal sheets, battery electrode materials, printed materials, and other continuous flat products requiring high-resolution defect detection.
