The Hikrobot MV-CL162-91F1M (V2.0) is a high-performance 16K monochrome line-scan camera built for demanding industrial inspection. It pairs a 16384 × 2 CMOS sensor with 3.5 μm pixels, delivering up to 120 kHz line rates over an XoFLink LC fiber interface with an M72 lens mount and 12–24 VDC power input.
Engineered for continuous, high-speed imaging, this camera is ideal for web surface inspection, film and foil production, lithium-battery manufacturing, flat panel display (FPD) inspection, and 3C electronics assembly. The camera uses an LC fiber interface with XoF fiber transmission technology. It is designed for high-speed image data transmission in industrial machine vision systems.
The maximum standard line rate is 73.2 kHz in 1-Line mode and 60 kHz in 2-TDI mode. With ROI enabled at 9984 pixels or below, the 1-Line mode can reach up to 120 kHz.
It features an M72 × 0.75 lens mount with a 12 mm flange focal length. F-mount lenses can also be used with a suitable lens adapter.
It is suitable for high-speed, high-resolution inspection applications such as display panel inspection, electronic component inspection, lithium battery material inspection, metal surface inspection, and continuous-web quality inspection.
