The HIKROBOT MV-CL162-91CM (V2.0) is a high-resolution 16K monochrome line-scan camera built for demanding continuous-web and surface inspection. It combines a 16384 × 2 CMOS sensor with 3.5 μm pixels, a 50 kHz maximum line rate, 2-TDI imaging, and a Camera Link interface with an M72 lens mount, operating on 12–24 VDC.
Engineered for ultra-wide inspection of film, battery, FPD, and 3C applications, the camera delivers reliable performance for web surface inspection, precision measurement, and high-speed production lines. On-board ISP, LUT/FFC correction, binning, flexible trigger options, and GenICam compliance simplify integration into existing vision systems.

The camera features a 16384 × 2 pixel monochrome CMOS sensor with a 3.5 μm × 3.5 μm pixel size, making it suitable for high-resolution industrial line scanning.
1-Line mode captures image information using a single line of pixels. 2-TDI mode uses time-delay integration to accumulate image signals, helping improve image sensitivity for suitable high-speed inspection applications.
At full resolution, the maximum line rate is 50 kHz in 80-bit mode. With binning or ROI settings, the line rate can reach up to 71 kHz or 120 kHz in supported 1-Line configurations, depending on the selected resolution and operating mode.
It uses a Camera Link interface with an SDR connector and requires a 12–24 VDC power supply. A compatible Camera Link frame grabber is required for image acquisition.
It is suitable for high-resolution industrial inspection applications, including display panel inspection, new energy material inspection, 3C electronics inspection, metal surface inspection, and other continuous-web inspection systems.
