The HIKROBOT MV-CLD82-9ZF2M is an 8K monochrome industrial line-scan camera designed for continuous image acquisition. It is suitable for surface inspection, web inspection, material defect detection, and automated production-line quality control.
The camera features an 8192 × 2 pixel resolution and a 7 × 7 μm pixel size. Its two-line CMOS sensor supports 1-Line and 2-TDI imaging modes.
The maximum line rate is 200 kHz in 1-Line mode and 100 kHz in 2-TDI mode. Actual performance depends on the selected imaging mode, exposure settings, and system configuration.
It features dual LC fiber-optic ports using XoFLink technology. The camera has an M72 × 0.75 lens mount with a 12 mm flange focal distance and supports F-mount lenses through a suitable adapter.
The MV-CLD82-9ZF2M operates with a 12–24 VDC power supply and consumes approximately 14 W at 24 VDC. It supports HIKROBOT MVS software and GenICam compatibility. A compatible XoFLink frame grabber, fiber cables, lens, and power supply are required for a complete machine vision system.
