The HIKROBOT XAL024-4KGM is a compact 4K monochrome line-scan camera built for continuous, high-speed image acquisition. Featuring a 4096 × 3 CMOS sensor with 7 μm pixels, TDI imaging support, and a Gigabit Ethernet interface, it delivers reliable performance for demanding print, label, film, textile, and surface inspection applications.

The HIKROBOT XAL024-4KGM is a monochrome industrial line-scan camera designed for continuous image acquisition. It is suitable for surface inspection, web inspection, material defect detection, and automated quality control in manufacturing lines.
The camera features a 4096 × 3 pixel resolution and a 7 × 7 μm pixel size. It supports single-line imaging as well as 2-TDI and 3-TDI imaging modes.
The maximum line rate is 28 kHz in Mono 8 mode and 14 kHz in Mono 10/12 modes. Actual acquisition performance depends on the selected image format and system configuration.
The camera uses a Gigabit Ethernet interface and supports GigE Vision 2.0 and GenICam standards. It features an M42 × 1.0 lens mount with a 12 mm flange focal distance. F-mount and C-mount lenses can be used with suitable adapters.
The XAL024-4KGM operates with a 12–24 V DC power supply and has an approximate power consumption of 3.9 W at 12 V DC. It supports HIKROBOT MVS software and compatible third-party GigE Vision software. A suitable Gigabit Ethernet network interface, lens, lighting system, and power supply are required for a complete vision inspection setup.
