The MV-CL162-91F2M (V2.0) is a high-performance 16K monochrome line-scan camera engineered for demanding industrial inspection tasks. Featuring a 16384 × 2 CMOS sensor with 3.5 μm pixel size, it delivers exceptional resolution and speed for continuous web and surface inspection applications.
Designed to drive film, lithium-battery, FPD (flat panel display), web surface, and print inspection applications. The camera supports 2-TDI imaging mode, 20 Gbps streaming, LUT/FFC correction, multiple trigger modes, and GenICam compliance for seamless integration into existing vision systems.

This 16K monochrome line-scan camera is designed for industrial machine vision applications such as surface defect detection, electronic component inspection, printing inspection, and continuous web inspection.
It features a resolution of 16384 × 2 pixels and a pixel size of 3.5 μm × 3.5 μm, supporting high-resolution monochrome imaging for precision inspection.
The maximum line rate is 120 kHz in 1-Line mode using 2-Link transmission. In 1-Link mode, the maximum is 73.2 kHz for 1-Line imaging. The maximum 2-TDI line rate is 60 kHz.
The camera uses a dual LC fiber interface with XoFLink transmission and an M72 × 0.75 lens mount. F-mount lenses can be used with a compatible adapter. Ensure that the fiber connection and image acquisition system support the selected transmission mode.
