The MV-CL08T5-500Y4M is a high-speed monochrome TDI line-scan camera designed for demanding industrial inspection, including semiconductor inspection, electronic component inspection, precision surface analysis, and high-speed web inspection.
It features an 8192 × 256 CMOS sensor with 5 μm × 5 μm pixels and 256-stage Time Delay Integration (TDI). This design supports high-resolution imaging while improving image signal collection for moving objects.
The camera supports a maximum line rate of 500 kHz. Actual performance depends on the acquisition configuration, pixel format, exposure settings, and host-system bandwidth.
It uses a four-link CoaXPress-12 interface with Micro-BNC connectors and an M72 × 0.75 lens mount. A compatible CoaXPress frame grabber, suitable cables, and an appropriate lens are required for system integration.
