An 8K monochrome line-scan camera built for high-speed web inspection and precision measurement. It pairs an 8192 × 2 CMOS sensor with 7 µm pixels, a 146 kHz maximum line rate, and LC fiber XoFLink output — making it well suited to lithium foil defect scanning, size gauging, and continuous surface quality control.

The XoF 10 Gb streaming interface supports high-throughput inspection lines, while 2-TDI, binning, LUT/FFC correction, multiple trigger modes, and GenICam compliance give integrators the flexibility to tune image quality and timing for each process.

The MV-CL082-91F1M (V2.0) is an 8K monochrome industrial line-scan camera designed for high-speed inspection, surface defect detection, web inspection, and automated quality control in continuous production processes.
It features an 8192 × 2 CMOS sensor with a 7 µm × 7 µm pixel size. It supports Mono 8, Mono 10, and Mono 12 pixel formats for different image processing requirements.
The camera supports a maximum line rate of 146 kHz in 1-Line mode and 100 kHz in 2-TDI mode. Actual performance depends on the selected imaging mode and system configuration.
It uses a single LC fiber connector for image data transmission and an M72 × 0.75 lens mount with a 12 mm flange back length. F-mount lenses can be used with a compatible adapter. A compatible fiber receiver or frame grabber is required for system integration.
The camera supports a 12–24 VDC power supply, with typical power consumption of 11.1 W at 24 VDC. Its operating temperature range is -20 °C to 50 °C, and its protection rating is IP40 when the lens and wiring are properly installed.
