The Hikrobot MV-CL081-41CM is an 8K monochrome line-scan camera built around a CMOS 8192 × 1 sensor with 7 µm pixels. It delivers line rates up to 80 kHz over a Camera Link interface, features an M72 lens mount, operates on 12–24 VDC, and is rated IP40 for industrial environments.

The MV-CL081-41CM is an 8K monochrome industrial line-scan camera designed for high-resolution surface inspection, defect detection, and automated quality control in continuous production lines.
It features an 8192 × 1 CMOS sensor with a 7 μm pixel size. It supports Mono 8, Mono 10, and Mono 12 pixel formats for different inspection requirements.
The maximum line rate is 20 kHz in Base mode, 40 kHz in Medium mode, and 80 kHz in Full mode. The achievable rate depends on the selected Camera Link configuration and system setup.
It uses a Camera Link interface with an SDR connector and supports the M72 × 0.75 lens mount. F-mount lenses can be used with a compatible adapter. A suitable Camera Link frame grabber is required for image acquisition.
The camera operates on 12–24 VDC, with typical power consumption of 5.8 W at 12 VDC. Its operating temperature range is 0 °C to 55 °C, and its IP40 rating requires correct lens and cable installation.
