The MV-CL042-91CM is a high-performance monochrome line-scan camera built for continuous image acquisition, high-speed inspection, and precision measurement in automated production systems. Featuring a CMOS sensor with 4096 × 2 resolution, a 7 µm pixel size, and a maximum line rate of 100 kHz, it delivers reliable imaging for demanding industrial environments.
Equipped with a Camera Link interface (SDR connector) and an M42 × 1.0 lens mount, the camera supports Base, Medium, and Full modes. It offers TDI mode, line and frame trigger, LUT, binning, FFC, and GenICam compliance for flexible integration into machine vision systems.

The MV-CL042-91CM is a monochrome industrial line-scan camera designed for continuous image acquisition, high-speed inspection, and precision measurement in automated production systems.
It features a CMOS sensor, 4096 × 2 resolution, 7 µm pixel size, and a maximum line rate of 100 kHz in Full mode. It supports Mono 8, Mono 10, and Mono 12 pixel formats.
The 1-line mode captures a single image line at a time. The 2-TDI mode combines signals from two sensor lines to improve sensitivity when imaging moving objects. Actual performance depends on illumination and operating conditions.
It uses a Camera Link interface with an SDR connector and an M42 × 1.0 lens mount. Lens adapters can support compatible F-mount, C-mount, and other lens types. A compatible Camera Link frame grabber is required.
The camera supports 12–24 VDC power, with typical power consumption of 5.5 W at 12 VDC. Its operating temperature range is −20 °C to 55 °C, and its dimensions are 62 × 62 × 36.9 mm. The enclosure is rated IP40 when the lens and cables are properly installed.
