The Hikrobot MV-CL042-91GM-PL is a 4K monochrome GigE line-scan camera built for high-resolution, continuous imaging in automated production environments. Featuring a CMOS sensor with 4096 × 2 pixels, a 7 µm pixel size, and a maximum line rate of 28 kHz, it delivers reliable performance for demanding inspection tasks.
Designed primarily for photovoltaic (PV) web inspection, this camera also supports surface inspection, print and label verification, film inspection, logistics, and measurement applications. It supports 1-Line and 2-TDI imaging, pulse-width-controlled exposure, gamma correction, flat-field correction, LUT adjustment, and black-level adjustment.
It uses a Gigabit Ethernet interface and supports 12–24 VDC power. The camera provides configurable digital I/O and is compatible with GigE Vision 2.0 and GenICam. PoE support and maximum line rate should be confirmed for this specific PL model before system integration.
