The Hikrobot MV-CL024-91GM is a high-performance 2K monochrome line-scan camera built for demanding industrial inspection tasks. Featuring a CMOS sensor with 2048 × 2 resolution and 7 µm pixel size, it delivers line rates of up to 86 kHz in high-bandwidth mode and 58 kHz in standard mode. With a GigE interface, PoE support, and M42 lens mount, it is engineered for continuous, high-speed image acquisition in web inspection, print verification, label inspection, film measurement, and surface defect detection applications.
The MV-CL024-91GM is purpose-built to drive web surface inspection, print quality verification, label inspection, film measurement, and similar continuous-process applications. It supports advanced imaging features including TDI (Time Delay Integration), multiple trigger modes, LUT (Look-Up Table) processing, FFC (Flat Field Correction), and full GigE Vision / GenICam compliance for seamless integration into existing machine vision systems.
