DFS60B-S1PC10000 HTL High-Res Incremental Encoder — SICK

The DFS60B-S1PC10000 is a 60mm incremental encoder featuring HTL 10-32V, 10,000 ppr, synchronous flange, blind hollow shaft, IP65/IP67 protection, -30…+85°C operating temperature, and axial M12-8 connection.

Application & Advantages — Hollow-Shaft HTL for Heavy Drives

The blind hollow shaft mounts directly on motor tail — no coupling required. HTL technology resists EMI in demanding applications such as steel, port, and paper drives where TTL signals may stall. The 10,000 ppr resolution provides fine motion control, while the S1 synchronous flange with axial cable outlet saves space compared to clamp-flange S4PC configurations.
