STÜBBE ZE 950 - Float-Position-Detect/Monostable-Signal-Switch - ABS Dovetail Mount Flow Limit Reed Switch
Limit Reed Switch for DFM Float Flowmeters
The ZE 950 is a monostable (NO) limit reed switch clamped to the DFM 165 -350 float flowmeter dovetail. Key features include ABS housing, IP65 protection, 230V AC/DC operation, 0.5A / 10VA switching capacity, 1010 Ω resistance, 10 mm hysteresis, and operating temperature range of 0 to +55 °C. Includes DIN EN 175301-803 plug. Pairs with ZE 3060 (2-point) or ZE 3061 (contact protection relay). ZE 951 is the bistable variant.
Application & Features
Flow Limit Alarms on Plastic Piping
Clamps onto the flowmeter tube to trip at min/max/intermediate flow as the magnetic float passes. Drives pump interlocks, filter alarms, and batch cut-off in chemical/water plastic piping systems (compatible with Stubbe PP/PVDF valves). Features tool-free dovetail mounting for retrofit without shutdown. Always add ZE 3061 when switching power loads.
