The +GF+ Signet 3‑2551‑P1‑11 is a blind (no‑display) insertion‑style electromagnetic flow sensor with PP body and 316L SS electrodes/grounding ring, sized for DN125 -DN200 (5-8″) full‑pipe conductive liquids. Key parameters: 0.05 -10 m/s, linearity ± 1% reading +0.1% FS, repeatability ± 0.5%, min. conductivity 20 µS/cm, 5 -26.4 VDC (freq.) or 5 -6.5 VDC (S³L digital), NEMA 4X/IP65, with empty‑pipe detection and bi‑directional sensing -- no moving parts, no ΔP.
It feeds a frequency pulse or digital S³L signal to Signet 8550/5600/8900/9900 or a PLC high‑speed counter for pump protection, flow‑proportional dosing, totalization, and alarm logic without needing a separate transmitter. Typical use: water/wastewater mains, scrubber/neutralization loops, industrial water distribution, and chemical‑process bypasses. Advantages: corrosion‑resistant PP/316L wetted path, long‑run signal (up to 300 m), and a maintenance‑light mag‑principle that stays reliable even in dirty, abrasive conductive media.
