The +GF+ Signet 3‑8510‑P0 is an integral-mount Rotor-X paddlewheel flow sensor for full-pipe liquid flow in ½–4″ lines. Key parameters: 0.3–6 m/s, PP body / black PVDF rotor / Ti shaft, self-powered sinusoidal frequency output, and 7.6 m shielded cable. It delivers a repeatable velocity signal for pump protection, dosing proportionality, and totalization with no pressure drop and minimal maintenance.
Typical Use & Automation Role
Commonly used in filtration, pure-water, chemical delivery, scrubber recirc, and water monitoring (liquids only). Paired with Signet 8550/5090/8900 or a PLC counter, it enables flow-based interlocks, batch/total logging, and alarm logic while its chem-resistant wetted materials keep the loop reliable in corrosive, 24/7 processes.
