Conductivity/Resistivity Electrode (K=0.1) with Sanitary Titanium Tri‑Clamp — Model 3‑2820‑T1

 

 

The +GF+ Signet 3‑2820‑T1​ is a Conductivity/Resistivity electrode​ from the 2818–2823 series, built with a cell constant K = 0.1 cm⁻¹​ for mid‑range clean/process water loops​ . Key parameters: typical measuring range 1–1000 µS/cm​ (resistivity 1 MΩ–1 kΩ), accuracy around ±2% of reading​ (certified ±1%), with a built‑in PT1000 RTD​ for temperature compensation and a 3‑wire foil‑shielded cable​ (std 4.6 m, max extendable per system guidance) . The ‑T1​ variant uses Titanium electrodes​ and a 316L sanitary Tri‑Clamp​ sized for 1–1.5" tee/flange installations, with PTFE insulation​ and EPR/EPDM sealing, designed for hygienic, corrosive‑capable service .
