The Hollysys LT Series RTU is a rugged, field-deployed Remote Terminal Unit developed specifically for remote intelligent control of oil pumping units and well-site production systems. Built around a domestic ARM9 300MHz processor running an embedded Linux OS, it delivers 100% independent controllability and complies with GB/T 34039-2017 and PetroChina's IoT construction specifications.
Key parameters include 24VDC wide-range power (18-32VDC), 8-channel DI (dry/wet contact optional), 4-channel relay DO (2A/250VAC), and 4-channel 4-20mA analog inputs, all housed in a compact 135×100×40mm DIN-rail enclosure rated -40°C to +80°C.
The LT Series RTU integrates RS485, Ethernet (Modbus TCP/RTU/ASCII), and optional 4G / ZigBee / Wi-Fi / LoRA wireless networking for seamless SCADA integration over long distances.
It provides specialized oilfield automation functions including intermittent pumping control, dry pumping protection, automatic power-on startup, and continuous spraying & pumping coordination while onboard diagnostics, watchdog protection, and isolated I/O ensure dependable unmanned operation.
Proven in major fields such as Daqing, Liaohe, Xinjiang, Tuha, and Changqing, it is the go-to RTU choice for single-well telemetry, regional well-site digitalisation, pipeline monitoring, and any remote asset where wide-temperature, low-power, autonomous edge control matters.
