Product Overview

The IRAYPLE AH7160MG001 is a high-performance, network-ready uncooled VOx microbolometer infrared camera core module engineered for demanding industrial automation and machine vision applications. Designed for seamless factory network integration, it features a robust Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) interface providing 1 Gbps bandwidth and supporting cable lengths up to 100 meters.

This core delivers exceptional thermal image quality with high native resolution and outstanding thermal sensitivity, characterized by very low Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD) for precise temperature measurement. The integrated high-precision thermoelectric cooler (TEC) ensures optimal detector temperature stability, guaranteeing consistent measurement accuracy and long-term reliability.

The module includes 256MB of onboard cache for robust data handling, supports versatile trigger modes (software, hardware, free-run), and features comprehensive on-board Image Signal Processing (ISP) functions. It is fully compliant with GigE Vision protocol and GenICam standard, carrying key international certifications including CE, UKCA, UL, KC, and RoHS for global deployment.
