The IRAYPLE AH7040CU000 is a compact, high-performance uncooled microbolometer infrared camera core module engineered for easy integration into space-constrained industrial automation, machine vision, and embedded systems. Its primary interface is a high-speed USB 3.0 port, delivering a theoretical bandwidth of 5 Gbps for rapid thermal data transfer and receiving both data and power through a single cable, which significantly simplifies system design.
The module features an ultra-compact form factor, measuring only 29mm × 29mm × 30mm, making it ideal for portable or embedded applications. It incorporates 256MB of onboard cache to ensure reliable data handling during high-frame-rate bursts or for robust image retransmission.
