Certified to ATEX/IECEx standards for Zone 2/22 environments, the MTL4641 delivers reliable performance in potentially explosive atmospheres. Its line fault detection (LFD) mechanism identifies open circuits (<50µA) or short circuits (<100Ω) in field wiring, triggering LED indicators and deactivating the output to prevent unsafe conditions.
The MTL4641 supports HART protocol communication (compatible with AMS Device Manager), enabling bidirectional data exchange with smart transmitters for diagnostics, calibration, and predictive maintenance. Its dual redundant outputs provide seamless failover in redundant control systems.
