The DMG-HB1-Z09 is a high-performance optical data transmitter engineered for semiconductor manufacturing and industrial automation. It features 8-bit parallel I/O communication via 950nm infrared technology with SEMI E84 compliance for wafer carrier handoff operations. The built-in logging function records up to 100 communication events (interlocks, transmission errors) for rapid troubleshooting via optional Data Transfer Checker or SFOC software.
Encased in an IP64-rated polycarbonate housing, the sensor withstands dust, water splashes, and vibrations (10-55Hz, 1.5mm double amplitude). Its -10°C to +50°C operating range and 4,000 lux ambient light tolerance ensure reliable performance in challenging conditions. The 5m pre-wired cable with shielded 15-core M12 connector minimizes electromagnetic interference.
The DMG-HB1-Z09 supports plug-and-play compatibility with HOKUYO's passive receivers and features teachable mode for parameter configuration via push-button controls.
