Unlike the Pepperl+Fuchs KFD2-STC4-EX1, which focuses on analog current loop isolation, the MTL 5031 specializes in transferring high-frequency vibration signals (up to 43 kHz bandwidth) with ±1% AC accuracy at 0-1 kHz and ±100 mV DC precision.
Built to withstand extreme environments, the MTL 5031 features a temperature-stable design with a coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C (10-65°C) and ±100 ppm/°C (-20-10°C), ensuring consistent performance across wide thermal ranges. Its IP65-rated housing resists dust and water ingress, while vibration resistance (IEC 60068-2-6) safeguards against mechanical stress in rotating equipment applications such as turbine meters or motor diagnostics.
