The Hollysys LX-CU400 series (models LX-CU430 / LX-CU433) is a compact, card-type programmable logic controller purpose-built for motion-heavy industrial automation. At its core is a high-speed processor executing bit operations in 3 ns, with 3 MB user program storage and expansive variable memory (128 KB I/O zones, 4 MB global M-area, 256 KB retentive R-area). The module runs on 24 V DC and measures just 56 × 109 × 90 mm, so it slots neatly into crowded cabinets while delivering deterministic control for high-speed OEM machinery.
Connectivity is a standout strength: dual 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports support Modbus TCP (32 master/slave sessions), EtherNet/IP (64 master / 15 slave connections), and RS-485 with Modbus RTU, plus TCP/IP free-protocol messaging. Motion-wise, the CPU coordinates ≤ 16 EtherCAT servo axes (virtual + bus ≤64) with linear interpolation, electronic cams / gears, and PLCopen motion blocks at a 500 µs minimum task cycle.
