The Hollysys LX-CU100 / LX-CU300 series represents the company's third-generation compact programmable logic controllers, engineered around a multi-core domestic-chip architecture with an integrated 32-point high-speed I/O block to eliminate external I/O modules for common tasks. Key parameters include an ultra-narrow width of approx. 70 mm, dual expansion card slots, and native Ethernet connectivity supporting Modbus TCP and multiple industrial protocols. The CU100 drives up to 12 pulse-controlled axes with PLCopen motion algorithms, while the CU300 scales further with 32-axis EtherCAT bus control plus 6 pulse axes and up to 96 EtherCAT slaves, making them ideal for packaging machines, textile equipment, 3C/electronics assembly lines, and compact OEM machinery.
Both controllers run on the Intelligent AutoThink (iAT) platform—a 5th-generation, IEC 61131-3-compliant environment that also supports C/C++ and G-code programming for maximum flexibility.
