The +GF+ Signet P51530-S0 is a 515 Rotor-X paddlewheel flow sensor with PP body, black PVDF rotor, natural PVDF pin, FKM for ½-4″ full-pipe liquids. Key specifications include: 0.3-6 m/s flow velocity range, ±1% FS / ±0.5% repeatability accuracy, self-powered sinusoidal ~19.7 Hz/(m/s) output on 7.6 m shielded cable, 12.5 bar@20°C maximum operating pressure, -18…+90°C temperature range, and compatibility with 5090/8550/8900/9900 systems.
This sensor provides flow-proportional pulses for critical applications including pump protection, filtration, DI/RO systems, scrubbers, and chemical delivery. The unit operates without requiring differential pressure measurements or external power.
The PP/PVDF/PVDF construction offers superior resistance to halogens and oxidizers compared to titanium-pin P0 models, while maintaining lower cost than all-PVDF T0 versions. This makes it ideal for mid-corrosion pure-water and chlorinated loop applications.
